Shipping, Returns & Repairs

SHIPPING

Orders are processed pending availability and credit card authorization. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

We offer FedEx ground shipping within the continental United States for $10, 2nd day for $25 and next business day for $35. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Monday – Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Buddha Mama does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 24 hours upon receiving items. Please email us to request a return label. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. All custom orders and special orders placed on buddhamama.com are final sale.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from buddhamama.com.

Please note size details listed under every item. Measurements will always be provided. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at info@buddhamama.com with any prior questions or concerns.

REPAIRS

Items purchased from Buddha Mama:
For all repair inquiries, please email us and include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece we will issue shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Items purchased from another stockist:
Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the item from. If they are unable to help you, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
